The garden of Bugembe cathedral in Jinja Municipality has turned out into a hideout for criminals, according to area residents.

The matter came to the fore during a community meeting held at Nakanyonyi primary school on Monday afternoon involving residents of Nakanyonyi A and Bukwale.
