BUL FC has defeated the UPDF FC 4-3 at their Jinja based Kyabazinga stadium.

Deogracious Ojok put the homeboys in the lead when he converted a penalty kick after his colleague; Simon Peter Oketch was fouled in the early minutes of the game. Ojok and Oketch netted the remaining goals for their team in the first and second half respectively.

UPDF suffered a setback after their first choice stopper; Yusuf Wasswa collided with Oketch in the first round and sustained waist injuries, which forced him off the pitch.

However, they managed to recover and scored three goals thereafter. UPDF earned their first goal through an own goal from BUL FC’s defender, Ramathan Dudu before Ezekiel Katende and Brian Kayanja netted the second and third goals respectively.

Kefa Kisala, the UPDF head coach says that his current squad is weak at defending, which has seen them concede 12 goals in their past four games.

Kisala, who started the season on a winning streak, which left many contemplating his ability to win this season’s league title says that they have since shifted their target to finishing within the top ten clubs.
