Muvawala notes that, since the Kyabazinga is an international goodwill ambassador championing the need for fathers to be at the centre in safeguarding their families as key pillars in all aspects, all men should equally embrace this move since it presents girls as epicentres of sustainability rather than mere weak vessels at the mercy of abuse.
Prime Minister Busoga Kingdom, Joseph Muvawala has challenged all men in Busoga Kingdom to champion causes geared towards ending child marriages and domestic violence.
While addressing cabinet ministers and other cultural leaders at the Busoga kingdom headquarters on Tuesday, Muvawala argues that, men are gifted with masculine abilities, which set them far above women despite the existing femininity movements and the same should be applied in safeguarding the wellbeing of the girl child.

Sirina Kyakuwaile, the deputy speaker of Jinja city says that several teenagers are often exposed to early marriages due to a lack of self-awareness of their rights, which can be better promoted if all men take the center stage to empower girls within their communities.
Kyakuwaire argues that, much as the information age has come with challenges of data overload with young girls being exposed to unfiltered messages, which at times influences them into early sex, however, the same digital spaces can be used to safeguard young girls from manipulation.
