Secretary Ministry of Health Dr. Diana Atwiine has directed Rubirizi district authorities
to take disciplinary action against health workers at Rugazi health Center IV
in Rubirizi district accused of absenteeism and extorting money from patients.
Dr. Atwine who toured the Health facility over the weekend, says that received
lots of complaints from the locals accompanied by a petition from the LC V

Rubirizi district Health Officer, Dr. Tibenda Kisesete blamed the poor service
delivery at Rugazi health center IV on the poor relationship between all the
stakeholders in the district. Dr. Kisesete says that they are going to
investigate absenteeism at the facility and the culprits will face disciplinary
