Three people have been killed in a fire in Mubende district.
Wamala region police spokesperson, Racheal Kawala identified the deceased as Bezaehe Lukara Innocent male
aged 40 years, Mbabazi Annet 11 and three-year-old Namata Esther.
The injured are Kaitesi Clement, Muhumuza John Male, and Tumushabe Doloheina, all residents of Kyambogo village, Kigogwa parish, Kalonga Subcounty
Mubende district.
Kawala says that preliminary findings indicate that Bezaehe slept off leaving a candle lighting in the bedroom hence causing the house. She says that the injured were rushed to Mubende Regional Referral Hospital.
