victim later complained of pain in her private part on that evening prompting
her to be examined and that the medical officer who carried out the medical examination
found evidence of penetration on her private part.

1426/2020, an offense contrary to Section 129(3)(4)(a)(b) of the Penal Code
appearing for case mentioning before the Gulu Grade One Magistrate presided by
Vian Kwezira, the accused was not allowed to take plea as the offense he
allegedly committed is Capital in nature.
Kwezira, the Gulu Grade One Magistrate remanded him to Gulu Central Prison until February 5th next
year when he will again appear before court for further mention.
