By the time of the interview, Kaggwa’s body was still at Mulago National Referral Hospital for postmortem.

Kaggwa was rushed to Case clinic this morning by a Good Samaritan who found him lying unconscious in his vehicle.

He had just left his home along Mawanda Road in Kamwokya for a meeting in town when he collapsed at Mulago roundabout.

A postmortem report issued by Case Clinic, shows that Kaggwa had a history of hypertension, something Kiggundu confirmed.
