Rwenzori East Police Spokesperson, Nelson Tumushime has identified the suspect as Marius Kabugho, a resident of Nyakasanga Cell of Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality who stubbed her husband, Octavia Baluku, 32 years.
Police
in Kasese District have arrested a 27–year–old woman for attempted
murder.
Rwenzori East Police Spokesperson, Nelson Tumushime has
identified the suspect as Marius Kabugho, a resident of Nyakasanga Cell of
Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality who stabbed her husband, Octavia
Baluku, 32 years.
Tumushime said the victim was stabbed in the lower abdomen reportedly due to a domestic quarrel. Baluku was rushed to Canopus Medical Center for treatment
while the suspect is currently detained at Kasese Central Police as the investigation continues.

Meanwhile, Kasese police rescued 4-year-old, Brighton
Muhindo who had gone missing from the family. Tumushime
who didn’t reveal much details about the incident noted that Muhindo was stolen from his parents and discovered abandoned on a highway.
He says the suspect could have abandoned Muhindo after knowing that police were tracking him.
