KCCA FC Coach Byekwaso Happy With Second Staright Win in Premier League

Two half time goals from Ashraf Mugume and Davies Kasirye helped the Kasasiro boys to secure a victory over a resilient Gaddafi side despite a second half consolation from Gadaffi’s Brian Kalumba.

The head coach of KCCA FC, Morley Byekwaso has said he is delighted with their second straight win in the Startimes Uganda Premier League.

KCCA FC defeated new entrants Gaddafi FC 2-1 in a League match played yesterday at  the MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo.  

Byekwaso said that they have to keep working hard in all departments and also make sure that they put away the many scoring chances created.

Gaddafi FC’s Head Coach Mubarak Wamboya said his players played well but they were not lucky to have an equalizer. He however said they are going to re organize themselves and they will bounce back stronger.

The Victory takes KCCA FC to the second position of the league with six points behind SC Vipers. In the other matches played yesterday Tooro United beat Mbarara FC 1-0, and army side UPDF FC shocked the defending champions Express FC 1-0.
