Members of Parliament have demanded an explanation from government over the death of Ronald Ssebulime.

Ssebulime was gunned down on Sunday in Nagojje village in Mukono district on suspicion of trailing ICT State Minister Idah Nantaba who was heading to Kampala from Kayunga.

Although it is reported that the deceased was going to visit his children in school at St Andrew Kabinbiri Secondary school in Kayunga, Nantaba says she felt threatened by the deceased who appeared to be following her and was forced to alert the police.

It is alleged that police intercepted Ssebulime, handcuffed him and shot him dead.

The MPs have now raised concerns over Government’s silence on the matter.
