In a press statement issued by the Presidential Press Unit, the meeting was attended by the Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga, Prime Minister, Ruhakana Rugunda and the Chief Justice Bart Magunda Katureebe.

Others were the Vice Chairman of the National Resistance Movement, Hajji Moses Kigongo and the Woman Member of Parliament for Dokolo Cecilia Atim Ogwal.

Some of the issues discussed included the Coronavirus pandemic, locusts, floods, and the floating islands that have disrupted some essential services.

However, the statement doesn’t go into detail of how the members were chosen and the details of what was agreed upon.
