URN has
learnt from security sources that
Sheikh Lugemwa was picked up
for his alleged links to the rebel Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a designated terror group with bases in the
Democratic Republic of Congo.
UPDF and the DRC forces have since launched an
offense against the rebel bases dubbed Operation Shuja.
