Arua Hill FC has dropped its head coach, Hussein Mbalangu ahead of their debut
in Uganda Premier League. “The management of Arua Hill SC would like to
announce that the club has parted ways with the head coach Hussein Mbalangu,

absconding the club calls,” reads a statement from the club. This comes a
few months after the coach signed a two-year deal with the club. Mbalangu
signed a new contract with Arua hill in October last year, which was expected
to run until October 2022. The club has
now appointed Bosco Onama and Ahmed Borine to take over the club.
“Mr. Bosco Onama and Borine Olima Ahmed will
take over the official touchline matters for the meantime as we continue with
the search for the new technical team” reads the statement. Mbalangu revealed to
URN that he and his colleagues are dissatisfied with the decision and have
already petitioned the local football governing body FUFA.
