There was excitement
at St. Phillips Cathedral Ground in Gulu City on Sunday as Rev. Godfrey Loum
was consecrated at the 8th Bishop of the Diocese of Northern Uganda.
The
ceremony attracted about 10,000 believers from the Diocese of Northern Uganda,
other parts of the country, as well as other countries.
