It was pomp
and glamour as 37 senior police and prison officers passed out Wednesday after completing their refresher
course at the Police Senior Command and Staff College at Bwebajja along Entebbe
road.
The police band played soothing music as the officers recieved the certificates of their confirmation. The graduates included 21 Assistant Superintendents of Police/Prison (ASP) and 16 Superintendents
of Prison/Police (SP). They dressed in their ceremonial attire and looked elegant.
