examination centers in time for their Primary leaving Examinations-PLE.

and shivering from coldness. Even after arriving at school, the candidates remained in the
cold as they were seen on verandahs as they could not be allowed to access the classes

Due to the rain,
many candidates arrived past 9:00 am, which was the official starting time of
the examination time. Lucky enough, the examinations had not started as the
distribution process was also disrupted by the rains.
