Nabakooza now wants the police post to settle the arrears and leave her premises to create room for other tenants who can meet their obligations.

According to Nabakooza, she intends to convert her premises into a guest house or shops to boost her income.

The Katonga Region Police spokesperson, Rachael Kawala has advised Nabakooza to follow the right procedures by submitting a demand notice Wamala regional police headquarters in Mityana or police headquarters in Kampala for appropriate action.

She says it is wrong for Nabakooza to demand rent from policemen at the post because it is not their responsibility to settle the arrears.
