Police in Gulu is still searching for Richardson Tabu, 29, the
Senior Supervisor for Laroo –Pece Division in Gulu City who has been missing
for six days.
Tabu, disappeared on Friday when he had gone to buy food for his colleagues
who were caught up in the office located in Senior Quarters in Gulu City.
The case of his disappearance was reported to Gulu Central Police Station under
SD ref: 23/09/01/2021 and immediately police began hunting for him.
Jimmy Patrick Okema, the Aswa River Region Police Spokesperson, says that the police
have failed to locate the whereabouts of Tabu.
Okema revealed that police investigators have the last three days tried to
investigate Okema’s whereabouts, which has remained unsuccessful. He appealed
to the general public to feed police with the information that can help trace
and find Tabu as soon as possible.

Obete, the Gulu District Registrar of the Election Commission revealed that
they are in consultation with the Electoral Commission Head Office so that if
it deems fit, another staff is brought in to replace Tabu for the meantime as
search for him continues.
