Etyeni Muhumuza, the LC V Councilor Burondo Sub County, says that the district has been grappling with staff shortage since last year.

Last week, the Bundibugyo Chief Administrative Officer-CAO, Fred Kalyesubula directed all heads of administrative units in the district to terminate the services of volunteer staff.

He noted that using volunteers was irregular and unacceptable since the persons cannot be held accountable for their actions and inactions
