homes have been broken into and thugs run away with goats and fowls among other
things.
He said
a few days ago, the home of the parish priest of Katerema church of Uganda was
broken into and the thieves took off with 4 goats and chicken. He attributed the
acts to the lazy youths who take most of their time smoking marijuana and
gambling in trading centers.
Last
month, the Osia sub county headquarters were broken into a few days after the
government announced the dispatchment of EMYOOGA funds to districts and constituencies
with a thought that the money had been channeled to the sub county.
Odoi
says they have tried to involve police which labored to arrest a few suspects
but this has not stopped the vice of theft in the area adding that he is now fronting for parish
meetings so that the locals can identify some of the suspected thieves.
