The body was found by residents of Rwenkobe village, Kaseeta Parish in Kabwoya sub-county who are neighboring the forest reserve as they went to collect firewood on Monday afternoon.

Desire Nkurunziza, the Nyairongo Village LCI Chairperson that is also
neighboring the forest reserve explains that the deceased is not a resident in

his body dumped in the area. The body had deep cuts in the head and face.

after notifying police.
This is not the first time a body is dumped in Bugoma Central Forest Reserve.
