Police in Apac District have arrested a 45-year-old woman for the alleged murder of her husband.

Milly Agang, a resident of Adyang village, Teboke Parish in Teboke Sub County is being accused of stabbing to death her 47 year-old-husband Gerald Agang, a resident of the same area in a fight over 90,000 shillings.

Reports indicate that Agang had sold maize worth 90,000 shillings on Saturday.

However, he returned home intoxicated with less money, leading to a quarrel with his wife. The argument escalated into a physical fight, resulting in Agang's death.
